***Matchmaking Format & Rules*****
We are fully booked and excited about the strong turnout! To accommodate all meeting requests, please note the fast-paced format:
- Speed Matchmaking Style: 5-minute meetings with 1 minute to transition.
- Follow the Whistle: When the whistle blows, your meeting begins or ends—please move promptly to your next table so the next group can take their turn.
- Shared Slots: Some time slots may include two vendors meeting with one buyer. Please be mindful and share the time respectfully. Toward the end of the session, any open slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Recommended Flow for Success:
- Introduce yourself and exchange business cards.
- Deliver a 1-minute elevator pitch.
- If another vendor is present, allow them their 1-minute pitch as well.
- Remember the goal: Make the first connection—today is just the beginning of the relationship!
